How long will standard orders take?

For orders within Canada we normally ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Assuming everything is in stock, your order will ship out within 2-5 business days. Within Canada, you should receive your order within 1-7 business days from the shipping date. International shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days. Please visit the Canada Post website for details about Expedited Parcel.

If you need to receive your order sooner, please let us know and we can give you an estimate for express shipping.


How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate fees for deliveries within Canada and to the US so that you know what to expect when you get to the checkout.

Shipping within Canada is $11.00 and shipping to the US is $15.00 CAD. In-store pick up is free of charge.


What about international orders?

Orders shipped outside of the continental USA & Canada will be charged the actual cost of shipping. Please contact us if you wish to ship an item overseas before before you purchase it online, and we will provide you with a shipping quote which will be charged to your credit card once you have approved it.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that will include your tracking number. You'll be able to check the status of your order online by entering your tracking number.

If you’ve misplaced your tracking number, please email us at [email protected].

If you have not received your confirmation email from us or believe that there may be problems with your shipment, please email us at [email protected] or call us at (604) 770-1375. Live customer service help is available Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm PST. If you leave us a voice message or send us an email, a customer service representative will follow up with you within 24 hours.


Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

Unfortunately not; please provide a street address at checkout.


Return Policy

Returns of online purchases may be mailed to us or brought back to our physical store. Non-sale merchandise in brand new condition with all tags and packaging intact can be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt (less shipping costs and surcharges). For purchases made in-store, please see your receipt or ask about our in-store return policy.

All gift returns are for store credit only; no credit card refunds are available. Store credits may be used at and at both our retail locations.

All sale purchases, are final; no refunds or store credits available.

For mail-in returns:

  • Pack the item in its original box and include your packing slip.
  • Contact us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and mark the number on the outside of the parcel to be returned to us.
  • As we are not responsible for return items lost or damaged during shipping, we highly recommend that you obtain a tracking number if you are shipping an item back to us. Also, it’s a good idea to insure any merchandise being returned to us by mail or courier.

If you no longer have your packing slip, please email us to obtain your order number. All messages will be returned within 24 hours. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.

Please allow up to 10 business days after we have received your return order for your refund to be processed. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Pebble FAQs


Will I be charged sales tax?

A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% applies on all orders shipped to Canadian addresses. In addition, Provincial Sales Tax (PST) as required by province will be charged on all non-exempt items. (Purchases of baby clothes and shoes are PST exempt.)

No sales taxes are applied to orders shipped outside of Canada. Please note that you may be required to pay customs and duty charges for merchandise shipped outside of Canada.


Can I get my purchase gift wrapped?

Gift wrapping is a complimentary service we provide with each purchase. At the Checkout page, simply indicate in the ‘COMMENTS’ field if you would like your purchase gift wrapped; if you would also like to include a gift message, please enter it in the COMMENTS field & submit.


What if something is out of stock?

We receive new stock shipments regularly. Contact us by phone or email and we will be glad to reserve or special order an item for you.



Most of our clothing products are sized according to age. As a general rule, you may want to order a size up to ensure room for growth. If you need assistance with sizes, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you with your selection.


Payment Methods

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard or Pebble gift cards — in addition to cash and debit, of course. No personal cheques, please.

Is my purchase secure?

We use industry-standard SSL encryption when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged through our site server.


Will Pebble share my customer information?

Pebble respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal information. Your personal details will be kept safe and confidential in our secure customer database. Pebble does not share any customer information with any third parties for any reason except for shipping purposes (for example, shipping information to deliver merchandise). Your personal details will never be sold, exchanged or disclosed unless required by law.

When you subscribe to our newsletter we only use the information you provide in order to deliver the newsletter to you. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Canceling An Order

Pebble will accept cancellation within 24 hours after you place an order provided that the order has not already been shipped. Special orders may not be canceled once the order has been paid for.
